Player Registration:
A completed Player Registration form is required for all players. Partially completed registration forms will be available at the registration event for players returning from last year, and blank forms will be available for players who did not play last year.

Additionally, if a parent or legal guardian is not available at registration, a Medical Consent and Release form is required.

Coaching Application:
KYB relies on the enthusiastic participation of over 500 Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches. We are always looking for experienced coaches, but we also have resources to help train a newcomer.

Sponsorship Application:
KYB is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and we rely heavily on sponsorship donations to help offset the cost of facility rentals, equipment, insurance, awards, officials, and basketballs. Most importantly, sponsor donations enable us to minimize registration fees.

We accept sponsorship donations at any point in the season, or even throughout the year, but if a Sponsor would like their name on the jersey of the team they sponsor, the donations should be received by Katy Youth Basketball two weeks prior to the scheduled uniform pick-up.
