$125 for the first child in a family
$115 for each additional child in the family

The registration fee covers coordinated jersey & shorts (please bring player for proper fitting) and individual & team pictures.

Register early! Facility availability may necessitate limitation of league size in certain age groups. Applicants will be admitted to our program on a first come, first served basis.

Registration for KYB is open to KISD residents only.

Registration Requirements:

• Player Registration form: Partially completed registration forms will be available at the registration event for players returning from last year.
• Medical Release and Parental Consent form: If a parent or legal guardian is not available at registration, please download the KYB Medical Consent-Release Form, print out and sign the form and send it with whomever registers your child.
• Proof of Grade: If the child did not play in KYB last year, progress report card copy (from the 1st three weeks of new school year) showing current grade level as proof of "grade level requirement"

Divisions:

The player's school grade is used as the sole factor in determining their division. The table below specifies the age brackets for the 2012-2013 season.

Girls: Rookies, Freshman & Sophomore Girls play in a combined division.

Girls: Junior & Senior Girls play in a combined division.

Collegiate: Play in a division with two years combined. Children who are selected to play on their Junior High Basketball Team are ineligible to play for Katy Youth Basketball.

Refund Policy

Last day for drafted player full refund: Friday, October 19, 2012
Last day for non-drafted player full refund: Wednesday, October 31, 2012
Last day for collegiate player full refund: Saturday, November 17, 2012
Last day for 50% refund (all players): Sunday, January 6, 2013
As of Monday, January 7, 2013: no refunds
